Students can self-report scores
HAMDEN — High school seniors applying to Quinnipiac University this fall are finding it simpler and a little less expansive to self-report their ACT and/or SAT test scores on applications, instead of paying the testing companies to forward the information to the university, according to a Quinnipiac news release.
All scores will be verified after June 1, when the seniors’ transcripts are complete, the release said.
Only first-year applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible to self-report their scores, Vice President for Admissions Greg Eichhorn said in the release.
“This change will improve access to a Quinnipiac University education by making it less expensive and less daunting for high school students to apply,” Eichhorn said.
