WEDNESDAY: Meat loaf w/gravy, acorn squash, peas and carrots, pumpernickel roll, fresh fruit.
THURSDAY: Hannukah special. Pot roast w/gravy, potato latkes w/applesauce, carrots, rye bread, jelly doughnuts.
FRIDAY: Veggie wedge with mozzarella and roasted vegetables, pesto sauce, whole grain roll, beet salad, fruit cocktail.

MONDAY: Potato-crusted fish patty, pasta salad, green beans, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.
TUESDAY: Sausage and peppers, brown rice pilaf, broccoli, wheat roll, fresh fruit.
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Florentine, penne pasta, stewed tomato, Italian bread, apricots.
THURSDAY: Christmas special. Beef Wellington, twice-baked potato, peas and mushrooms, snowflake roll, holiday cake.
