WED­NES­DAY: Meat loaf w/gravy, acorn squash, peas and car­rots, pumper­nickel roll, fresh fruit.

THURS­DAY: Han­nukah spe­cial. Pot roast w/gravy, potato latkes w/ap­ple­sauce, car­rots, rye bread, jelly dough­nuts.

FRI­DAY: Veg­gie wedge with moz­zarella and roasted veg­eta­bles, pesto sauce, whole grain roll, beet salad, fruit cock­tail.

MON­DAY: Potato-crusted fish patty, pasta salad, green beans, multi­grain bread, fresh fruit.

TUES­DAY: Sausage and pep­pers, brown rice pi­laf, broc­coli, wheat roll, fresh fruit.

WED­NES­DAY: Chicken Floren­tine, penne pasta, stewed tomato, Ital­ian bread, apri­cots.

THURS­DAY: Christ­mas spe­cial. Beef Welling­ton, twice-baked potato, peas and mush­rooms, snowflake roll, hol­i­day cake.

FRI­DAY: But­ter­nut squash, grandi­oli with sauce and cheese, mixed veg­eta­bles, gar­lic bread­stick, ap­ple­sauce.
