Parker leads Hornets

Asha Parker had 12 points and Shannon Rhone added 11 to lead the Hamden Hall girls basketball team to a 54-33 win over Holy Child in the quarterfinals of the Fairchester Athletic Association tournament.

Jayda Johnson added 10 points for the Hornets (11-9).

BOYS BASKETBALL

Wilcox Tech 68, North Haven 52: John Soto had 22 points and D.J. Ransom added 21 to lead host Wilcox Tech (15-4) to its non-league win. Jamorea Hooks led the Indians (5-14) with 17 points, including three 3-pointers, and Mike Collins had 12.
