The indoor spaces include a second pool, climbing wall, and MakerSpace, two gymnasiums, playscape and more.

Daily activities include swim lessons, climbing wall, MakerSpace, nature, athletics, arts & crafts, drama, field trips to name a few.

JCC Day Camps runs from June 24 through Aug.23. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended hours available. Families can select the weeks they want and children can custom- ize their experience by selecting from a wide range of activities.

JCC Day Camps is a diverse and welcoming community inspired by Jewish values. Community service projects woven throughout the camp experience empower and inspire our campers to help others and make an impact in our community. Projects like sandwich-making for homeless shelters, card-making for hospitalized children, and car washing to support the scholarship fund, are just some of the ways the campers make a difference.

Camp is for youngster from 4 through ninth grade. As our campers grow from children to young adults, after they turn 14 they have the opportunity to join the Counselor in Training (CIT) program. The CITs not only get the chance to develop the necessary leadership skills to become excellent counselors for future summers, but they form close bonds with each other as they grow and learn together. With the right mentoring, any camper can learn what it takes to be a successful and effective leader. These skills also help prepare campers and CITs for future success as they enter the workforce.

Free transportation is available from multiple towns (Branford to Cheshire to Bridgeport), so check out the website (www.jccnh.org) for free available stops.
