▶ A Conn. Health I-Team story on nursing home citations that ran Friday, May 22, incorrectly reported that Twin Maples Healthcenter, Durham, was cited for staff not wearing the proper eye gear when treating a COVID-19 resident. The resident was not diagnosed with COVID-19 at the time, but was instead on droplet transmission-based isolation precaution.

▶ A man in a photo on Wednesday’s Opinion page was incorrectly identified as Josiah H. Brown, executive director of CASA of Southern Connecticut. The person in the photo is not connected to CASA.
