Customer service a thing of the past

-

Since the coronavirus hit this country and Trump-hating Democrats in the Congress and in states and cities around the country mandated this social distancing and the wearing of face masks, it seems to be politically expedient to keep the country in a state of close down and I find big corporations like Microsoft, Amazon, Hewlett Packard and others give you customer service numbers and if you need the service you get told to go on their websites and to get that service but all you get most of the time is a chat line with a computer on the other end, and I feel as long as the politicians keep up with this hoax, businesses will continue to get away with not owning up to their being responsible for their products.

I put in a complaint to the Connecticut AG’s office that someone should look into this to correct the problem. I spent $376 plus on an HP Laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 in S mode. I was able to connect the laptop to my wireless network but my HP printer which I got for a Christmas gift, I couldn’t connect because the HP printer isn’t in the Windows store for compatible software programs so I have to connect with a USB cable, which makes my laptop area messy with wires hanging down and plugged into the wall to power it up. Businesses are getting away with not supporting their products. This should stop, I’m tired of the runaround you get from Microsoft and HP. They offer customer service but give you really nothing but an electronic computer on the other end with pre loaded questions and answers which none of them are your problem. This is a scam and they see the politicians getting away with this with teleworking from their homes so they are doing the same thing as the politicians.
