STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS

* St. Mary School Milford's Class of 2021 graduated on June 4, at 6:00pm with a Mass at St. Mary Church. This year's graduating class of 27 has students heading to St. Joseph High School, Lauralton Hall, Fairfield Prep, Notre Dame West Haven, Sacred Heart Academy, Jonathan Law, Foran High, Platt Tech, Hamden High and Cheshire High School.

* St. Bridget School, Cheshire, celebrated its class of 2020-21 graduates June 4, with the long standing tradition of a graduation Mass with family, faculty and staff in attendance. This event also celebrated St. Bridget’s success in remaining in-person for the entire academic year. The graduates will go forward to continue their education in Catholic, private and public schools across Connecticut.

* Sikorsky Credit Union awarded five $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who are headed to college this fall. The scholarship is named after Thomas J. Williams, longtime CEO of the Credit Union, who passed away in 2015. This year’s winners are Dzenita Muhovic of Seymour, Jake Montini Cook of Derby, Matthew Darroch of Oxford, Ava L Williams of Danbury and Emily Berard of Milford.

* Charles Sullivan, son of Paul and Teresa Sullivan, of Madison, has earned Dean’s List honors at Providence College for the spring 2021 semester.
