William F. Robbins

William F. Robbins - 77, passed away peacefully August 11th in Campbellsville, KY. He was born in Bridgeport, CT, May 22, 1944 to John and Gertrude Robbins. William was a longtime resident of Milford, CT. Bill leaves behind his wife, Gail C. Robbins of Campbellsville, KY; his children Rachel (George) Jacquot of Valdesee, NC; Courtney Robbins of Bon Aqua, TN; Christine (Toby) Robbins-Durfee of Campbellsville, KY; and Andrew Robbins. He is also survived by his sisters and their spouses MaryJane Perkins of Schenectady, NY; Harriet and Stanley Olszewski of Milford, CT; Ruth and Robert Melita of West Haven, CT; his brother and his spouse John and Robin Robbins of Dickson TN. Destiny, they always made him smile. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. William was lead man of the Sanitation Department of Milford for over 30 years. He was involved with various city softball leagues, Milford Volunteer Fire Dept. Company 3, and played Santa many years for BIC and K of C among many other local charities.
