Ann Juliano Anderson. Loving father of Jessica Michaud of Coventry. Brother of Robert “Bobby” Anderson Jr. of Branford and Michael Juliano of Ohio. At the time of his death Joe was a tow truck driver for Tony’s Long Wharf of New Haven.
