Sat., Sept. 4, 2021, James Andrew Eggert longtime resident of Clinton passed away at Madison House. Husband of Vera (Spooner) Eggert. James was born in New Haven on April 24, 1945, son of the late Henry W. Eggert Sr. and Harriett R. (Graver) Eggert. He is also survived by a nephew Henry W. Eggert III and his wife Kathy and a niece Patricia DeStefano; along with grandnieces and nephews Laura, Elise, Joey, Henry IV and Rose. Predeceased by a brother, Henry W. Eggert Jr and a sister, Carolyn Eggert.

Burial services will be held privately.
