City man charged with fighting with police, burning sign
MILFORD — A city man is accused of burning a sign and then getting into an altercation with police officers, police said.
Gabriel Ciccaglione, 26, was arrested on Sept. 17 on charges of breach of peace, reckless burning and interfering with an officer in connection with an incident in the area of Chapel Street and New Haven Avenue.
Police said officers were called to the area about 6:30 a.m. on the report of a man burning a sign.
An investigation led to the arrest of Ciccaglione who is accused of burning the “sign on the side of the road and fighting with officers,” police said.
Ciccaglione was initially held in lieu of a $67,500 bond. His court date was Sept. 20.
