Lorraine E. Sizemore

Lorraine E. Sizemore, 88 , the daughter of the late Richmond and Virginia Johnson born on September 13, 1933, in New Haven, CT. She was a longtime faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Lorraine quietly passed away from her earthly home to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Lorraine attended New Haven public schools and graduated from James Hillhouse High School of 1951. She received her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene at Quinnipiac College (formerly Larson College) in 1954. Lorraine career includes working at Yale University, Fater and Licther in New Haven, and Partnerships Adult Daycare Center until her retirement in 2014. Lorraine was also a member of the Order of Eastern Stars, and the Red Hatters and Dixwell Community Center.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., followed by Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06511.
