Linda Nuzzo July 15, 1922 - September 30, 2021

Linda Cerrone Nuzzo 99, of Hamden beloved wife of the late William G. Nuzzo passed away peacefully on September 30, 2021 surrounded by her family at the Hamden Health Care Center. Loving mother of Louise deCarrone of Hamden, William A. Nuzzo and Robert F. Nuzzo both of California, Kathryn L. Perez of Wallingford and Julia A. “Julie” (Thomas) Laudano of North Haven. Grandmother of Jennifer (David) Fiore, Nicole (Jeff) DuBois, Thomas Laudano, Joseph (Devin) Perez, Joseph Laudano, Alexa Nuzzo and David Faccadio. Great grandmother of Benjamin and William Fiore and Brooklyn DuBois. Sister of the late Gloria Bruno and Catherine, Dominic, Michael, John and James Cerrone. Linda was born in New Haven on July 15, 1922 daughter of the late Luigi and Louise Litieri Cerrone. Prior to her retirement Linda along with her late husband was the owner of Lynn’s Restaurant.

Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven MONDAY morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 11:00. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Family and friends may call SUNDAY from 4pm to 7pm.
