Barbara Ann Murphy

1934-2021

Barbara Murphy, 87, formerly of Branford, CT passed away in Ocala, FL on September 13, 2021.

Barbara was born in New Haven, CT on May 21, 1934. She was the daughter of the late John and Agnes Donadio. She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband Lt. Colonel Edward J. Murphy and second Robert Vuksinic. As a military wife Barbara was able to travel to many places including Japan, Hong Kong, Guam and Ecuador. She always looked forward to holiday gatherings. She also loved feeding all the wildlife from her back porch with her beloved dog Skippy. She leaves behind her brother William Donadio of Guilford, CT. Her son Gerald Murphy (Elena) of Ocala, FL And her daughter Susan Murphy- Malone of Branford, CT. Her five grandchildren Kamilah, Anyssa, Salma, Riley, Anthony and Vanessa. And great-grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, October 8 at St Marys Church on Main

St. in Branford, CT at 11:00 a.m. Immediately following the service she will be buried in St. Agnes Cemetery in Branford, CT.
