Peter Hamlin Wells

Peter HamlinWells died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021. His professional career was devoted to Hopkins School, where he taught and held a variety of administrative positions over the course of 42 years. His dedication and excellence as a teacher, adviser, and mentor touched generations of students and colleagues and had an indelible impact on the Hopkins community. A celebration of his life will take place in Heath Commons at Hopkins on Sunday, October 17 at 1 PM.

Peter is survived by his wife, Wendy Read Wells, and her children J.B. Kittredge, Mary Groezinger, Ned Kittredge and Sarah Campbell. Condolences may be sent to Wendy at Whitney Center, Hamden.
