ANN MARIE LANE

Ann Marie Colello Lane, 83, of Dunnellon, Florida, formerly of Hamden, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard G. Lane. Ann Marie was born in New Haven on February 18th, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Carmela Aiello Colello. A graduate of the former Grace New Haven Hospital School of X-Ray Technology, Ann Marie had worked as an X-Ray Technician for a variety local doctors who became part of her extended family, especially Drs. Berte, Ferranti and Saracco. Ann Marie enjoyed going to the theater in New York and locally, daily mass and spending time with family and friends including her new friends in Florida who welcomed her openly. Mother of Cynthia DeMott (David) of Dunnellon, FL, and Barbara Lane-Peters (Scott Peters) of Northford. Grandmother of Adam Prosco (Victoria) and Matthew Prosco (Melissa). Great-Grandmother of Logan, Ryan, Austin, Aaron, Payton, and Cameron Prosco. Sister of Joseph R. Colello Sr. (Hedy). Aunt of Joseph, Jr., Mark and Louis Colello.

The visiting hours will be Saturday morning, Oct. 16th from 9:00 to 10:30 at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden at 11:00. (Masks strictly required for all indoor services) Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
