Bethany estate sells for ‘record’ $1.5M, firm says
According to William Pitt Sotheby’s, the sale marked a record for the highest “residential sale in Bethany in the last 20 years.”
BETHANY — An estate at 20 Split Rock Road has sold for $1.5 million, according to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.
According to William Pitt Sotheby’s, the sale marked a record for the highest “residential sale in Bethany in the last 20 years.”
The sale was handled by listing agent Susan Santoro of the company’s Guilford Brokerage, the release said.
The 6,300-square-foot property sits on 10 acres of “endless country views, topped with custom architectural designs offering coffered ceilings and millwork, a newly redone chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances,” according to William Pitt Sotheby’s.
It also include “a custom barn with six stalls, riding ring, a home theater with a custom built wine cellar, outdoor kitchen, and a pool and spa.”
“I am incredibly honored to be a part of this sale and history in Bethany,” said Santoro, in the release.
“This property speaks to the beauty Bethany has to offer with the magnificent views of the property, great space for entertaining, and the ability to step away from the fast paced life into a sanctuary of nature,” she said.
Santoro had previously held the highest ever residential sale in the last 10 years in Bethany, at $1.23 million, also according to William Pitt Sotheby’s.
