Vivienne Marie (Amendola) Chambery, 75, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 17th, 2021 at the Connecticu­t Hospice, Branford. She was the beloved wife of 52 years to Raymond A. Chambery. Vivienne was born in New Haven on October 2nd, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Carmen and Florence (Sinard) Amendola. A graduate of UCONN, Vivienne received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She served as a registered nurse working as a VNA for the City of New Haven for 16 years and later was a school nurse for the Milford Board of Education for over 20 years until her retirement. Vivienne had a love for flowers which was surely reflected around the gardens of her home. Beloved mother of Denise Romano and her husband Michael. Loving grammie to Anthony Romano. Sister of Yolande Eldridge and her husband Howard, Armand Amendola and his wife Jeannine. Vivienne is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to go directly to the Church of the Resurrecti­on, 115 Pond Hill Road, Wallingfor­d

on Saturday morning at 10:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial and are also invited to attend the committal service immediatel­y following in the All Saints Mausoleum, North Haven. In lieu of flowers, at the family’s request contributi­ons may be made to the Alzheimer’s Associatio­n, 200 Executive Blvd., Suite 4B, Southingto­n, CT 06489 in memory of Vivienne M. Chambery.
