Anna Cavallaro

Anna Cavallaro, 89, passed away peacefully at Complete Care of Meriden on May 5, 2022, after an extended illness.

Anna was born in New Haven, June 26, 1932, the daughter of the late Aniello and Carmela (Minichino) Criscuolo.

Anna was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph of 57 years in 2010. Anna is survived by her three children Theresa (Michael) Dogali of Durham, Joseph (Cynthia) Cavallaro of Cheshire, and Carmen (Diane) Cavallaro of Prospect. Anna is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to being a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Anna worked for several years as the office manager for Fred J. Criscuolo and Company. Anna was extremely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but wonderful memories.

Home of Cheshire on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 10:45 a.m. and process to St. Bridget of Sweden Parish-St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St. for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven. A period of visitation will be held Wednesday morning from 9:45 a.m. until the procession leaves for church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 200 Executive Blvd., Southington, CT 06489-1058.
