Joseph Sabatino Sorcinelli – Born on January 11, 1939, in New Haven, Connecticu­t, died in his sleep on April 1, 2022. He was the eldest son of Ferdinand and Florence (Lorraine) Sorcinelli. He was preceded by his brother Donald and his former wife Rose (Nardi) Sorcinelli. He leaves behind a longtime girlfriend and partner Ms. Carol Nadel, a sister-in-law, Joette Sorcinelli, a daughter Mary Lorraine Wheeler and a son, Joseph Sabatino Sorcinelli Jr. There are also many cousins as well, scattered throughout the US.

He graduated from Wilbur Cross High School in 1956 and worked in the constructi­on industry both in Connecticu­t and New York first as a surveyor and later as a superinten­dent and finally as an owner. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Union. He retired and moved to Florida and finally settled in Juno Beach, where he loved the warm weather and soft breezes.

Early in life he enjoyed time with his father building and flying “U-Control” model airplanes as well as fishing. The love of fishing and boating was shared with his children and continued until his passing. There are no words to describe how much he will be missed.
