New Haven’s interim police chief announces retirement from force
NEW HAVEN — Police Department Interim Chief Renee Dominguez on Tuesday announced her intention to retire at the end of the week, closing a decades-long career in the city.
Flanked by colleagues on the steps of the department, Dominguez said she had no regrets, thanking both the mentors who helped her advance in the field and the men and women who served during her tenure as interim chief.
