Harold Varner III is the latest PGA Tour golfer to commit to playing in next month’s Travelers Championship, the tournament announced in a release Wednesday morning.

The 31-year-old Varner is still looking for his first PGA Tour victory, but he does have a pair of International wins and is currently 36th in the world rankings.

Also, Varner has played well of late with three topsix finishes in his last six starts. That includes a tie for sixth at the Players Championship and a tie for third at the RBC Heritage.

This will be Varner’s sixth straight appearance playing the Travelers at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell. His best finish is a tie for 21st place in 2019.

Tickets are on sale for June’s Travelers Championship at travelerschampionship.com. The tournament currently has four of the world’s top 10 players: No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, No. 5 Patrick Cantlay, No. 7 Rory McIlroy and No. 8 Justin Thomas.
