Christopher “Buster” Morgan

Christopher “Buster” Morgan, 88, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 26th, 2023, at Yale New Haven Hospital with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of 57 years to the late Mary B. Guckian Morgan. Buster was born in Ennistymon, County Clare, Ireland on December 13, 1934, and was the son of the late Patrick and Nora Clune Morgan. He had served in the Army National Guard. Buster worked at the SNET Company and later at Quinnipiac University until his retirement. He was a member of the Irish American Community Center, enjoyed playing setback, bocce, loved watching Gaelic Football and Hurling, listening to Irish Music and was a UConn Women’s basketball fan. Brother of Alfred Morgan (Carmel), Joseph Morgan (Nell), Donald Morgan (Mary), Monica Davoren (Patrick) and the late Patrick, Michael and William Morgan. Brotherin-law of Kathleen and Irene Morgan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The visiting hours will be Saturday morning, February 4th from 8:30 to 11:30 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A

Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Paul VI Parish/Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden at 12 noon. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
