Frank DeLucia, Jr., of Weston, CT, died suddenly at home on March 19, 2023. He was the husband of Adriana Bleloch.

Frank was born in New Haven on August 26, 1967, a son of Frank and Jean Frangipane DeLucia, Sr. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and then went on to receive his BS in Electrical Engineerin­g from Boston University, a J.D. from Quinnipiac University, studied abroad in Greece and Montreal through an exchange program at Tulane University and an Executive MBS from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He was currently enrolled in the Columbia Business School Emeritus Venture Capital and Private Equity Program.

Frank was a former

Senior Electrical Engineer at Yale University from 19901995. He was an Associate at Perman & Green, LLP from 1995-98, a Partner at Fitzpatric­k, Cella, Harper & Scinto from 1998-2017 in New York and senior Patent Attorney and Partner at Merchant & Gould, an Intellectu­al Property firm, from 2017-2019. In 2019, he was a founder and current managing partner of DeLucia, Mlynar & Associates, LLP, the CEO of Fermion Capital Corp. and, along with Adriana, was co-owner of CT Digital Ads, a digital advertisin­g and marketing company. Frank was co-founder and Head of Compliance for GCS Assets, LLC, a Crisis Alpha Cryptocurr­ency technology and Hedge Fund. He believed strongly in public service. He was a former Board member of the New York Intellectu­al Property Law Associatio­n (NYIPLA) and co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Frank was a musician and avid Flamenco guitarist, entreprene­ur, investor, and art lover who enjoyed skiing, composing, reading in many genres, traveling, creative writing, playing tennis and horse riding. He was a humble, generous, and loving family man who was very proud of his Italian heritage. Frank loved life, good food, nice clothes and was an avid New York Yankees and Giants fan. He was a wonderful father, son, brother and the best husband anyone could ask for.

Besides his wife Adriana and parents Frank and Jean, Frank is survived by his son Michael DeBenedet, stepson Robert William Bleloch, his sister Jeannine DeLucia Purcell (Anthony) and his niece Isabella Purcell, who was the apple of his eye.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael Church, 29 Wooster Place, New Haven.
