Hoffman Architects announces new board members

Hoffman Architects, with offices in Hamden as well as in New York and Virginia, has appointed two new members to its board of directors, according to a news release.

Avi. A. Kamrat, chief financial officer and director of administra­tion, and Russell M. Sanders, executive vice president and senior director of technical services, were appointed to the board by founding president John A. Hoff-

man, the sole existing director, the release said.

“As members of the board of directors, Kamrat and Sanders will share with Hoffmann the responsibi­lity of meeting regularly to consider matters that impact the financial health, growth, and trajectory of the firm, such as financing, mergers or acquisitio­ns, legal considerat­ions, and other issues referred to the board by the executive committee or other shareholde­rs,” the release said.

New offerings at Clinton Crossing

CLINTON — Several new retailers have opened or will be opening at Clinton Crossing Premium

Outlets this month, according to a release.

Colthing retailer True Religion opened Aug. 3 in Space 200, across from J. Crew Factory and Food Truck Court.

Bath & Body Works / White Barn will open Aug. 31 in Space 214, between Tommy Hilfiger and Movado Company Store.

J.Rener Coffee Roasters’ Coffee Trailer is now open, across from the Coach Outlet.

Women’s fashion retailer Francesca’s Collection­s has opened near the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets Management Office.

Book Warehouse has opened next to American Eagle Outfitters.
