Air Force veteran enjoys working with fellow service members
Due to her status as a veteran of the United States Air Force, Jessica Danard has chosen to focus a significant portion of her career on providing her fellow service members with her real estate expertise.
“I am an Air Force veteran and hoping to reach out to those buyers and sellers who have served as I have,” Danard explained.
Danard initially entered the real estate field in 2014 after transitioning from previous positions in the construction and restaurant industries. According to Danard, the knowledge and “irreplaceable” customer service skills she obtained in those roles have served her well.
“My experience in home improvement provided all facets of home knowledge, which adds to my skills when advising my clients about the purchase or sale of their property,” she remarked.
Danard strongly believes in staying on top of current events in the real estate market. She regularly participates in continuing education opportunities and also draws from her past business experience. This focus enables her to provide superior service to buyers and sellers.
“I provide 100 percent genuine service to each client, whether they are looking for a rental or selling a half million dollar property,” she noted. “I am extremely dedicated and work above and beyond what is expected.”
Danard also prides herself on her commitment to forming strong relationships with her customers. The most rewarding part of her career is “knowing that I assisted in guiding my clients to a successful closing; and that we are not parting ways but have instead built a life-long friendship,” Danard said.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Danard worked at a smaller real estate agency. The transition to a larger company has been a positive experience for Danard.
“I can honestly say that the support is overwhelming,” she said. “The Cheshire office works as a well-oiled machine.”
Danard is a life-long Cheshire resident and an active member of the American Legion. She received a degree in Mathematics Operations Research from Central Connecticut State University. She also holds associates degrees in Avionics and Administration from the Air Force Community College.
