New Haven Register (Sunday) (New Haven, CT)
Almost four decades in business
If you are seeking a highly seasoned real estate professional, Karen S. Brimberg is only a phone call away. Brimberg became a Realtor in 1980, and has been proudly representing her clients for the past 38 years.
Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Brimberg had been employed as a real estate paralegal. This background provided Brimberg with a solid understanding of the real estate profession, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys and lenders.
“I worked directly for a local builder my first three years and handled new construction homes and condominiums,” Brimberg explained.
With a long history in the local real estate market, Brimberg distinguishes herself by working with a team partner, Roberta Havlick.
“As a team, it’s twice the experience and expertise to help our clients, and to oversee and handle all aspects of a purchase or sale,” Brimberg remarked.
Brimberg also credited her brokerage for providing the tools and technologies that have directly contributed to her success.
“William Raveis has a fabulous website and all the tools and marketing materials to set us apart,” she noted.
Brimberg also has a personal website, www.karenbrimberg.raveis.com, that is available for her clients to browse at their convenience at all hours of the day.
Brimberg also finds newspaper advertisements and internet exposure to be effective means of communicating with potential buyers and sellers.
When she is not serving her clients, Brimberg is an avid golfer and enjoys snowshoeing and cross country in the winter.
She also loves to cook and entertain for her friends and family.
Brimberg is currently on the Board of Cheshire Crossing Condominiums. She is also a former volunteer at Cheshire Food Pantry and Ronald McDonald House in New Haven.
According to Brimberg, the most rewarding aspect of her career as a Realtor is “successfully moving families and following through the entire process to accomplish their goals.”
