Quite often, it takes a successful Realtor to be able to spot the potential of another successful Realtor. That is just what happened with Maria Renaldi.
“One of my friends who was a top producing real estate agent kept telling me to go get my license as she thought I would be a great agent,” Renaldi said. Since then, she has spent the past 15 years working in residential real estate, including 5 years managing an office with over 40 agents.
Born and raised in Hamden, Renaldi has intimate knowledge of the residential real estate market here and in the surrounding towns.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Renaldi was a hairstylist for many years and still holds her cosmetology license. The experience prepared her for being able to deal with many different personalities and ultimately helped perfect her customer service skills.
