CUOMO, ANTHONY LOUIS

Anthony Louis Cuomo, 95, of Hamden, beloved husband of 75 years to Viola (Cafano) Cuomo passed away November 18, 2018 at Hamden Health Care Center surrounded by his loving family. Loving father of Audrey (Louis) Mascola of East Haddam and Lori (James) Earley of Hamden. Loving grandfather of Marc (Kristin) Mascola of Trumbull and Shelley (John) Candler of East Haddam and great-grandfather to 8 wonderful children. Anthony was born to Raffaele and Anna (Gammelone) Cuomo on February 27, 1923 in New Haven. He was predeceased by 6 sisters and 4 brothers; he is survived by his sister Yolanda Gagliardi. Anthony served in the Navy during WWII and was discharged with honors. He was the owner of Cuomo’s Television and Antenna in Hamden. He loved to play golf and spend time with his wife at their winter home in West Palm Beach, Florida. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Vincent Lewis and the wonderful nurses and staff at Hamden Health Care Center for all of their love and support the last three years.
