BUGG, GERALD R.

Gerald R. Bugg “Jerry”, age 76, lifelong resident of Clinton, died on December 28, 2018 at YNHH St. Raphael Campus. He was the husband of Dorothy (Shepard) Bugg. He was born in New Haven, November 8, 1942. He was predeceased by his parents Leo Bugg Jr. and Christine (Williams) Bugg, and one brother Robert Bugg. Jerry owned and operated Shoreline Concrete Company of Clinton for over 30 years until his retirement in 1996. He was a 40 year member of the Clinton Lions Club, over 50 year member of the Clinton Country Club where he was a former Club champion. Besides his wife he is survived by one son Steven (Lisa) Bugg of Clinton, one daughter Deborah (Robert) Davis of Deep River. Four grandchildren Maxx Bugg, Jack Bugg both of Clinton, Kristine Davis, and Sean Davis both of Deep River.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the First Church of Christ, Cong. In Clinton. Private Burial will be in Indian River Cemetery in Clinton. Friends may call at the Swan Funeral Home, 80 East Main Street, Clinton Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Contributions to be made to Clinton Families helping Families, PO Box, 166 in Clinton, CT 06413 or the Shriners Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607 in his memory.
