David Lemel initially pursued a career in real estate in 2005 at the suggestion of a friend who was a mortgage broker who saw that Lemel was a “people person” and very good at meeting new people. Lemel stresses the importance of customer service and making his clients happy.

He developed a strong work ethic and learned the importance of listening to clients and understanding their wants and needs early on in his career.
“I grew up in my family business at Taft Hair and Cosmetics, where I ran a health and beauty store and salon,” he said. “My father taught me hard work and dedication, how to be the best at what you do, how to run a business and be a true professional in working with the public.”
