Pearce CEO and president names top producers for 2018
NORTH HAVEN — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced the names of the top producers of the company for 2018.
“These agents have persevered and excelled in their craft in an industry full of challenges and a dynamic landscape,” Pearce said. “They bought, sold, or leased real estate by developing strong relationships with their clients, giving each one the time and attention required to meet their goals. We applaud their achievements.”
The No. 1 top producing agent and the top residential agent for the company is Eileen Smith of the North Haven/Wallingford regional office.
“For the 6th year in a row, Eileen has once again achieved the top producer award companywide and is continually among the agents designated as top producers for the company,” Pearce said. “She has always truly distinguished herself with her hard work, high productivity and superior dedication to her clients.”
The top team companywide and from the New Haven office is Edgehill Realtors (comprised of Ray Baldelli, Wojtek Borowski, Fran DeToro, Cecilia Jaoude, Gail Kuziel, Liisa Lindholm, Gil Marshak, Judith Normandin, Lori Desormeau and Victoria Scholl).

Other individual agents cited as top producers for 2018 in order are: Mary Jane Burt, New Haven office; Jamie Cuzzocreo, New Haven office; John Bergin, Milford commercial office; Rob Curry, Guilford office; Joel Galvin, North Haven commercial office; Vin Masotta, Wallingford regional office; Linda TeixeiraOhr, North Haven/Wallingford regional office; David Mayhew, of the Guilford office; and Alicia Dallai, North Haven/Wallingford regional office.
Burt was the No. 1 producing agent in the New Haven residential office for 2018.

Bergin was the top commercial producer for 2018.

Curry was also named the No. 1 producing agent on the Shoreline for 2018.
“Rob continues his success through hard work and the skilled use of modern marketing techniques and technology,” Pearce said. “We are very proud of his results and look forward to Rob’s many future accomplishments at Pearce.”
Galvin was also one of the top agents for 2018.
“Joel is a veteran commercial agent who has won many distinctions a number of times in his long career with us,” Pearce said. “We applaud his continuing achievements and wish him well as the new year continues,” she added.
The No. 2 team companywide is the Popplewell Team (comprised of Sue and Amanda Popplewell and Carlos Pena), of the Guilford office.
