Helps clients find dream home
Soraya Shafei always had an interest in real estate but didn’t pursue it as a career until after starting a family. A graduate from Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Management, Shafei did not want a 9 to 5 job where she would not be able to spend time with her kids. Her husband used to be a Realtor in Florida and suggested she get her license, pointing out that she would be able to set her own schedule and spend time with her family. She took his suggestion and became a Realtor in 2013.
“Ever since I started working as a Realtor, I realized how much I LOVE to help people find their dream home and what a great satisfaction it gives me when I hand them the key to their ‘Home’ at closings! It is an amazing feeling.”
Shafei started working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and after couple of years joined David Lemel with Coldwell Banker’s Team Powerhouse. She is committed to providing excellent real estate service that exceeds her client’s expectations and prides herself on having the experience and reputation that is built on trust and communication.
“I understand the process can be very stressful at times and whether clients are buying or selling, I am here to make it as easy as possible.”
Shafei comes to the table prepared with the knowledge of the local real estate market, keen negotiating skills and responsiveness so that she can represent each client in the best and most effective way possible. Clients can expect excellent service, personal attention and follow through. She possesses a unique ability to listen and to understand the sophisticated needs of buyers, while being an innovative representative for sellers, resulting in success for her clients.
