New Haven Realtor puts people first, embraces change
While being groomed for management at a large hotel company, Peter Reichenberger decided to take his background in the service industry and apply it toward a career in real estate.
“Having worked in hospitality for many years, I understood the time constraint that would have imposed on my life. I wanted to have more freedom with my schedule,” he said. “I had a lengthy discussion with a friend who recently received his license and I decided to give it a try. I have not looked back for a moment.”
Reichenberger lives by a set of philosophies in business and in his personal life: Putting people first. Pursuing excellence. Embracing change. Acting with integrity and serving his community. Those values, combined with his passion for service, hospitality experience in addition to some prior teaching experience is a winning combination for the demands of working in real estate.
“I set out from the beginning to make my clients feel at ease and provide them with efficient and excellent service. I strive to treat everyone with the same level of service no matter what they are buying. Whether it be $150,000 first home or a weekend getaway upwards of $3 million,” Reichenberger states.
Reichenberger specializes in working with home buyers with Huntsman-Meade and Partners. The company works to provide seamless customer service and strives to exceed industry standards and build relationships that are long lasting.
“Every one of our clients receives highlevel support from our transaction coordinators, prospecting team and client relationship
coordinators, all while I work to handle personal interaction with the client,” he said. “We pride ourselves on a five minute or less response time to all of our clients throughout and after the transaction.”
The firm is a strong believer in the growing technological advances in the industry and captures a large book of business from online inquiries and referrals, in addition to the many referrals from past clients.
Reichenberger is very involved in his faith community, supporting local charities, as well as volunteering whenever possible with Special Olympics Connecticut. He became a certified EMT so that he could be of more service to the Special Olympics medical team.
