FLETCHER, JEAN-PIERRE, J.

BEACON FALLS – Jean-Pierre James Fletcher, age 33 of Beacon Falls, beloved husband of Xia Fei Lin Fletcher, entered peaceful rest on Thursday, March 4, 2021 in his home. Born in Derby on July 2, 1987, he was a beloved son of JeanPierre Charles Fletcher of Bethany and the late Donna (D’Urbano) Fletcher. He was a graduate of Cooperative Arts Magnet School of New Haven. He was a graduate of Naugatuck Valley Community College and he studied at Western Connecticut State University. Jean-Pierre had a passion for music and was an exceptional guitarist and pianist. An avid athlete in all sports, he also was QB for Ansonia Pop Warner football and led his team to an undefeated season. He also enjoyed cooking.

In addition to his wife and father, survivors include his cherished son, Aiden Fletcher; stepmother, Kathryn Fletcher; siblings, Phillip Fletcher and Nicole Fletcher, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many dear friends. Calling hours will take place on Monday, March 8, 2021 in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St. Seymour, CT 06483 from 4pm to 7pm. Interment in Union Cemetery, Seymour, will be held at a date and time to be determined. Any charitable contributions in Jean-Pierre’s name will be donated to Leeway, 40 Albert Street, New Haven, CT 06510 to assist in providing drug counseling and treatment services.
