Carol F. Geleneau

December 15, 1952 - June 18, 2022

Carol F. Geleneau, 69, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford with her loving friends by her side. Carol was born in Meriden on December 15, 1952 and was the daughter of the late George and Mary Lorraine Caillouette Geleneau. She earned a Bachelor’s degree and her Eco-Tech Certification from Quinnipiac University. Carol had worked as an Eco-Tech at the former Meriden/ Wallingford Hospital and later at MidState Medical Center, Meriden until her retirement. She was a Eucharistic minister at St. Frances Cabrini Church, North Haven, a member of their Altar Society and a member of the North Haven Congregational Church Women’s Club. Carol made numerous contributions to Saint Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish, North Haven, and many other organizations. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the island of St. John’s and Ireland. Sister of George Geleneau (Rosanne) and William Geleneau. Aunt of William “Liam” Geleneau II and the late Melissa Geleneau.

The visiting hours will be on Wednesday, June 29th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Thursday, June 30th at 12:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
