Ronald Francis Bozelko, 85, of Orange, Connecticu­t died on December 2, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport after a long illness. He leaves his beloved wife, Katherine Roche Bozelko, his three daughters, Chandra Ann of Orange, Alana Kay (Paul) Choquette of Chevy Chase, Maryland and Jana Lee (Christophe­r) Simmons of Plymouth, Minnesota and three adoring grandchild­ren: Alair K. Choquette, Paul J. Choquette IV and Mair K. Simmons. He is also survived by a sister, Barbara Bozelko Roblin of Irvington, New York, a sister-in-law, Lucille Bozelko, and several nieces.

He was predecease­d by his parents, William J. and Genevieve Bozelko, a brother, William J. Bozelko, Jr., and a nephew, William J. Bozelko III.

Ronald grew up in Allingtown and graduated from West Haven High School in 1954. He attended St. Michael’s College and then received his law degree from the Georgetown Law Center and a Masters in Business Administra­tion from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Ronald practiced law in Connecticu­t for 48 years, retiring in 2006. Active in many civic organizati­ons, he was president of the Orange Chamber of Commerce from 2004-2005, served as president of the Parish Council of Holy Infant Church, and an active Hamden Hall Country Day School parent.

He spent his later years championin­g transparen­cy and integrity in local land records, a mission he has entrusted to his daughter, Chandra.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM December 27, 2022 at Precious Blood Parish (St. Mary’s Church) at 70 Gulf Street in Milford. Burial will be private.
