SUMMER INSTITUTE IN STAMFORD
Register your child today for Summer Institute (SI) at King School’s 34-acre campus in northern Stamford. Join students in grades K-12 from 40 different schools in Connecticut and New York.
We offer dozens of sessions throughout the summer, including high school and middle school academic courses, sports clinics, and our Fun Camp consisting of daily activities and field trips. Program dates vary from June 10 through Aug. 2.
The small class size of our summer sessions provides your child with the opportunity not only to learn new skills, but also meet other students from various towns throughout Connecticut and New York while learnings from King’s teachers and coaches.
Courses allow students to earn academic credit or build their skills. These courses benefit students transitioning from elementary to middle school and middle to high school. Classes range from one to six weeks are include mathematics, art, design, performing arts, computer sciences, global studies, study skills, and more.
Our Fun Camp for K-6 students offers weekly sessions with outdoor sports and games, plus activities like Lego engineering, animation, arts and crafts, coding, and robotics. Some day trips include museums, aquariums, nature centers, trampoline parks, and ninja warrior courses, to name a few.
Our sports clinics are best suited for students who want to engage their bodies and their minds, and push themselves to be their best in various sports.
We have fun on campus with water slides, bouncy houses, and ice cream trucks. Plus, lunch is included with every registration! Join us for all six weeks, or pick and choose weeks based on your schedule. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
