Day Camp at Eisner

‘A VERY SPECIAL PLACE’

The Day Camp at Eisner is located on the grounds of URJ Eisner Camp in Great Barrington, in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. Our day camp has its own building and spacious enclosed playground with plenty of room for games, exercise, exploration and fun.

Additionally, our Day Campers spend much of the day around camp enjoying the facilities of our overnight camp: two heated swimming pools, numerous athletic fields, tennis courts, an indoor theater, an arts & crafts center, Teva (nature program), gardens, an animal farm, an indoor sports center, and the lake. Eisner Day Camp is an accredited camp of the American Camping Association.

Our youngest campers are 4 years old (by July 1, 2024), and our oldest campers are rising second graders whose families live year-round or seasonally in the southern Berkshire region of Massachusetts and New York. Transportation to and from camp is available at an additional cost for families from Crane Lake Camp. Transportation is first-come, first-serve, and available to five campers maximum.

One parent whose child has attended camp for four summers said, “Our family loved attending Shabbat together. It was such a warm and welcoming way to start the weekend.”

Marla said she loves being the Day Camp Director at Eisner Camp. “I get to share my summers with our youngest campers and help open their eyes to the magic of Eisner. I love meeting the families of our campers and having the opportunity to work with the incredible staff from all around the world. Building relationships with our campers and their families is the best. Day Camp at Eisner is a very special place, and I am grateful to be a part of the stepping stone for many of campers on their Eisner journey,” she added.
