D-LIST Hollywood hotline Dial-a-star is giving new meaning to the term buzz-hungry celebrity.

Everyone from Lindsay Lohan’s parents to Real Housewife Danielle Staub and Flavor Flav have signed on to turn their buzzing phones — and debatable status — into cold hard cash.

Users pay anywhere from $5 to $25 a minute to enjoy “completely discreet one on one conversations” with the object of their obsession, Dialastar.com promises.

“It’s fun. You get to talk to lots of fans,” former “Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick, 24, told the Daily News when reached through the service Friday.

“Some guys try to have phone sex with me. They ask me what I’m wearing, what kind of thongs I wear. I’m like, ‘Ew, are you fat and old? What do you look like?’ ” she told The News, at a rate of $15 per minute. “I’ve made more than $3,000 so far.”

Launched last week, the website splits the proceeds 50/50 with each star, founder Gina Rodriguez of dd management said.

Staub so far is leading the site’s 30-plus celebs with $9,000 in calls, Rodriguez said.

“It’s so appealing because the celebrities can take a call and then sign in, do an immediate withdrawal with Paypal and go buy lunch,” she said.

Average calls are lasting between 30 and 80 minutes, Rodriguez added, meaning users are spending hundred of dollars a pop.

Michael Lohan charges $18 a minute, while Dina commands$25.

“I’m getting inundated. Some calls are productive, but the idiots are calling too,” papa Lohan told The News. “They want to know if they can go out with Lindsay, can they talk to her. I say, ‘No, you can’t,’ ”

The famous father said he didn’t need the money and wanted the company to donate half his earnings to charity.
