Seal, Klum look farther apart

HEIDI KLUM’S divorce from Seal could end with a courthouse clash instead of the tidy two kisses and “auf wiedersehen” some expected.

The spouses (r.) announced their split in January, saying they continued to “love each other very much” but simply had grown apart after seven years of marriage.

The purportedly amicable breakup seemed to be on course when Klum filed for divorce Friday, but now Seal has filed a response that appears to be out of step.

While Klum claimed a postnuptial agreement in her paperwork, Seal’s documents claim there are “community and quasi-community assets” that need dividing, TMZ. com first reported.

Seal, 49, is asking for joint physical custody of the couple’s four kids. Klum previously asked for primary physical custody and visitation rights for her soon-to-be ex-hubby.

In another sign of discord, Seal listed their date of separation as undetermined, while his modeling-mogul wife, who’s 38, claimed it was Jan. 19.

Klum, host of “Project Runway,” is worth an estimated $70 million compared to Seal’s $15 million, TMZ said.

Unnamed sources told TMZ that Klum was concerned Seal had rage issues that were affecting the kids.

“To paint this as all Seal and his temper is really, really inaccurate,” a source told the Daily News in January.
