The latest sexual harassment charges against a member of the state Legislature raise the eternal Albany question: Will these guys ever learn? According to a complaint filed Friday by three former staffers, Buffalo-area Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak subjected young women to lechery — including crude jokes and comments about body parts and sexually-tinged solicitations — from at least mid-2010 through this fall.

Which means the married pol kept up his alleged horndog act long after a similar scandal involving Brooklyn Assemblyman Vito Lopez blew up in August 2012.

In May 2013 — the month Lopez resigned in disgrace — a staffer reports that Gabryszak asked her to join him at a massage parlor during her first week on the job.

Over a period of months, he then allegedly informed her “that he was more of a ‘butt’ guy than a ‘boobs’ guy,” joked about “having a tattoo on his penis,” urged her and other women to wear bikinis and repeatedly pressed her to sleep over in his apartment or hotel room.

Clearly, Gabryszak did not take seriously Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver’s promised crackdown on sexually abusive behavior.

Silver had promised much the same before — then tried to cover up Lopez’s misdeeds with a secret settlement that cost taxpayers $103,000.

On Friday, Silver referred the complaint against Gabryszak to the Assembly Ethics Committee — something he failed to do with Lopez — and instructed the panel “to ensure that current employees of the Assembly are protected from any illegal discrimination and harassment.”

Lesson learned, for him at least.
