2 Star Empress has been third in last two against better; looks best trying claimers for the first time. Conzig is winless from 10 starts but takes needed drop making second start back for Domino. Resolute Babe hasn't been out since Sept. 25 when a 4 distant second behind runaway 2 repeat winner; consider.

3 Chapman lost all chance in last after slow start but should be a factor from the start with a clean break here. Much Stronger was a solid second in last behind impressive winner; appears the top threat. S'maverlous switches to the Chad Brown barn, which is 27% with new acquisitions; broke maiden over this strip.

4 Tricky Slam can rebound for Rodriguez taking needed drop; has breezed twice since finishing sixth on Dec. 4. Sonnyandpally is just 1-for-22 lifetime but those stats were amassed mainly on the grass; finished third in last on the
