THE HEARTBROKEN widow of a MTA bus driver killed in a horrific crash in Greenwich Village went to court Tuesday “to support my husband.”

“This is just so traumatizing for me and my daughter. We want his memory to stay alive,” said Nancy Rodriguez after a Manhattan Criminal Court hearing for Domonic Whilby, the hard-partying nephew of model Tyson Beckford, who’s charged with drunkenly driving a truck that killed William Pena.

“This is just so traumatic for me and my family. I just want justice,” Rodriguez said.

A man who identified himself as Pena’s nephew, Felix, lashed out at Whilby’s lawyer and tried to get her to read about his dead relative. rela

“If “it happened to them, what would wo they do? Would they defend fen them?” Felix said outside the courtroom, repeating what he told tol the lawyer.

The T attorney declined to speak with wit him during the encounter.

Pena’s brother, Eriberto Pena, 42, said the maximum sentence for Whilby of 25 years isn’t enough. “I want him to stay in jail and think about it, maybe 100 years,” he said. “101 actually — that’s what he should get.

“I wouldn’t want him to get the death penalty because he won’t suffer. My brother got the death penalty — (Whilby) gave him the death de penalty.”

Whilby, of Georgia, was arrested for manslaughter, assault, dru drunken driving and related ch charges after the deadly crash Feb Feb. 12. His indictment was anno nounced Tuesday.

Whilby — whose blood-alcohol level was allegedly more than twice the legal limit — jackknifed into the bus Pena was driving at W. 14th St. around 5:30 a.m.
