A shock flick: LiLo is all biz

-

LINDSAY LOHAN has cut off all contact with her “bad friends” and plans to hole up in her SoHo digs as she gets set to produce and star in the psychological thriller “Inconceivable,” which is set to shoot in late March, Confidenti@l has learned.

We’re told the “Liz and Dick” star is obsessed with returning to the big screen because the film could be her final shot at starring in a blockbuster.

“She has Randall Emmett, who produced ‘Lone Survivor’ and ‘Broken City,’ helping her,” Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, tells us. “She’s cut the bad friends out of her life and is taking this seriously.”

LiLo (r.), 27, has just wrapped her eight-part series for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network. Her dad makes an appearance in the final episode, he adds.

The show, “Lindsay,” begins airing Sunday, March 9.

We’re told Oprah’s production crew, which had trouble keeping tabs on Lindsay throughout filming, is even contemplating a reshoot of Lohan on the “Inconceivable” set — to show her actually working on a movie.

Meanwhile, Michael Lohan and his baby mama, Kate Major, are getting back to normal after a post-Valentine’s Day blowout that involved the police coming to their Boca Raton home.

The two had a domestic dispute Monday night, with both of them live-tweeting the brawl. Kate wrote that Michael threatened her with a knife, writing: “He is a sick old man trying to trap. He’s threatening and I have no phone besides my iPad. He can say whatever he wants let the truth behold I will let no one hurt me, threaten me or take my child.”

While Kate locked herself in their bedroom, Michael tweeted he was simply concerned about her drinking, which had prompted him to send her to Fair Oaks Pavilion treatment center in nearby Delray Beach two days earlier.

“My son is at risk being around her. That’s why I called the police tonight,” he tweeted.

By Tuesday Major had retracted the allegations, and the duo were breaking bread at lunch. Michael tells us he’s only trying to help her.

“If someone you love needs help, you don’t turn your back on them,” says Lohan, who’s had his own battles with the bottle. “People do stupid things when they drink. I blame the doctors. When she got pregnant, she went off all prescriptions she was on and everything was fine throughout the whole pregnancy.”
