DON’T FRET, all you visionless billionaires. The Daily News has commissioned a couple of top-notch experts to help get your creative juices flowing. Here are their ideas for transforming Extell’s white-box townhouse into the home of your dreams.

“This white-box townhouse’s potential lies in its limitations,” says Witzig. “Like all New York City townhouses, there is not much in the way of green space, light or views.”

Witzig’s wild idea for the property calls for a narrow ribbon of foliage flowing from a “roof meadow” atop the building to a sunken garden in the backyard (near r). “The rearfacing facades could open to great private terraces and green space, like your own private High Line,” he says.

“I’d use all this space to create my dream stainless-steel and stone kitchen,” says Marcogliese. “It’s a space that would work for anything from children finger-painting on the kitchen table to adult-only dinner parties.”

Marcogliese’s design calls for a stone backsplash, stainless-steel flourishes and a giant fireplace in the breakfast room (above).

“Who wouldn’t want a fireplace in their breakfast room? I’d sit there for hours eating a gourmet meal and sipping on nice red wine.”
