New York City becomes the temporary turf of actor Russell Berke (guest star Marc Blucas), who gets Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) as his reluctant technical adviser. Their relationship changes when Berke becomes a crime victim. Frank (Tom Selleck) decides to take a tougher approach with his officers. Jamie and Eddie (Will Estes, Vanessa Ray) deal with a woman (guest star Ali Wentworth) who complains about a neighbor she alleges is a flasher.
