GO FROM CREED TO SCREED

The only place to be if you’re a shirtless, raving lunatic riding a bike with a backpack filled with 600 pages of documents and a lot of tools while claiming to be a CIA agent assigned to kill President Obama is — yes! — Florida.

Even so, cops there determined that crazy Creed frontman Scott Stapp (above) wasn’t unstable enough to be pinched and confined to a psycho ward. Maybe they thought he really was a CIA agent.

I mean, given what we now know from the torture report which revealed that detainees had been chained to the floors, were made to stand for hours on broken legs and were subjected to waterboarding and “rectal feeding,” Stapp definitely sounds fit for a CIA gig.
