Victoria Justice was spotted staying cozy in her American Eagle Outfitters puffer vest and Sky High Skinny Jeans in the Flatiron District while aboard the AEO Get Down Party Bus. The actress kept warm on the roof of the double decker bus while eating a street-cart pretzel and trying her hand at deejaying. The bus offers free rides throughout the city, visiting the brand’s Manhattan store locations until Dec. 20.
