Condo hits wild woman

A PROFESSIONAL party girl is making her neighbors’ life hell by bringing her work home with her, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The board of the ritzy Onyx Condominium on W. 28th St. says that since singer/model/DJ Jacqueline (Jackie) Lasdon moved in last year, it’s been “inundated with complaints concerning unreasonable and offensive levels of cigarette and marijuana smoke emanating from the unit.” The self-described “boutique condominium” says it was swamped with “complaints concerning the regular influx of transient persons residing in the unit.”

The board said it’s “repeatedly warned” Lasdon, 27, that her conduct is in violation of building rules and asked her to tone it down. Lasdon “has failed and refused to enjoin, remedy or abate the excessive smoke and transient occupancy in the unit,” the suit said — and now the building is seeking a court order forcing her to stop her “intentional and unreasonable” behavior.

It’s also seeking unspecified money damages and attorney fees.

Lasdon, a trust fund millionaire who has reportedly described herself as “an opera singer gone rogue,” said she was “shocked” by the suit.

“They haven’t told me anything,” she said from the doorway of her aromatic apartment. “I’m ready to freak the f--- out.”

She said she’s only had problems with one “verbally abusive” upstairs neighbor, and is anything but a nuisance. “I haven’t had any contact with any of my other neighbors. This is definitely a shock to me,” she insisted.

She denied having large amounts of people over and said she doesn’t smoke pot in the apartment, although a reporter noticed a marijuana-like odor in the hallway outside her door.

A building worker who asked not be identified said “marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke is exactly what’s going on here.”

A neighbor said, “It’s a problem. She’s a problem.”

A lawyer for the building, where apartments sell for over $1 million, did not return a call for comment.
